[Slayer] - Push for More.

1. Identify the issue.
At the current state slayer is underperforming, due to high risk vs reward ratio, where risk is much higher then the reward. Doing a small change to this tactic will give more control to the class while being a bit more reliable.

2. Explain why it's an issue.
Push for more is an Core AA haste tactic with a high risk/reward requirement for it to work - Furious +25% AA haste, Berserk +50% AA Haste. Push for more requires for a SL to have his armor and resistances halved to get the full bonus.
Slayer as a Class lacks the utility on the field so it relies on high dps output, whilst securing a good chunk of defensive stats for it to survive. Current implementation of this tactic cripples the class by forcing players to run in berserk mode that weakens their survivability by a large margin, and puts you at death sentence if you want to use the bonus to full extent (knockdown whilst being red - get focused and killed instantly).

Slayer has access to 2 must have dps tactics, which are stats increasers - brute force and wild gambit, then he's left with 2 (reliable) dps tactics to choose from:
- Flanking - which is spread amongs all mdps classes.
and
- Push for more.

Mentioning other classes as an example is needed to show the problem. Lets quickly see the requirements on similarly implemented AA Haste tactics:
-WL - Pack Hunting (speccable) - Requires Certain stance pressed - 100% uptime, no drawbacks.
-WH - Inquisitors Fury (core) - Requires Crit, 10s duration - 100% uptime, no drawbacks.
-WP - Hastened Divinity (core) - Requires Crit, 10s duration - 100% uptime, no drawbacks.

Honorable mentioning:
-Choppa - Stab you Gooder - Core dps tactic, flat +25% crit damage increase, no mechanic managment required. Choppa got this, Slayer on it's place got PFM.
Note: Before I'll get bashed at doing comparisons - I'm not saying it's a bad thing. Both classes requires some love, CH even more.

3. Propose a viable solution to the problem.
Push for more now increases AA Haste by 25% at normal state, and by 50% when furious or berserk.
That minor buff will give SL players more control over the class, whilst not gimping themselfs that much. It will still require to manage class mechanic when using this tactic.

Declining. High risk/reward is pretty much what these classes are all about; if they want big bonuses, they should play in Yellow/Red.

Same thing for BW/Sorcs who want to play with 100 Combustion (something will be done for them soon).
