[BG] hate drop speed

issue
The hate meccanic of BG is foundamentally different from any meccanic in game even from IB one, in common with IB it
have a very long to build pool of meccanic points. It then also differentiate from IB due the way it is requried to
use these points in additon for consume purpose for minimun level for self buff, min hate requirement not only for
skill use but for skill quality( ex: short punt vs long punt).
Due this nature BG is way weaker and weaker regearding the transition from one side to another (from 0 to 100 or 100
to 0 hate).

IB unlock just stuff to use while BG based his own durbaility and quality on hate this mean that BG requrie more
hate to perform the same way as an IB and both ib/BG do not have the same luxory of other classes ( spaking generally
not only towards tank).

Due these reasons BG have subsequentially some problems in post hate gain which impact on BG performance over long
period of battle

1-range situation in rvr where basically you cannot either hit anything to prevent hate to fall or being hit due enemy pressure + low hate.
sub 1- when you also need to buff youself on hate based related stuff due how faster hate drop it may happen than
when you start move due the "momentum" you end arrive hit the target with a lot less or no hate at all

2-disengagement moment when you/enemy decide to run and it may happen a bit of a long of distant chase where the hate drop
way too faster
sub2- generally any transition phase even in scenario from 1 flag to another one while you are still in combat and you are just
transit

3-general inequality related externaly to other classed meccanic which yes drop meccanic faster but also fully the
meccanic faster
r.

4-extreme nothing or all type of meccanic, it may have slow build up depending from situation and when it does it show all his weakness when it drop instead very fast.

why
The bg hate meccanic suffer the more when it is away from battefield (in sense of hit/being hit) but especially when
things get big starting with low meccanic when all other classes have way from afar or very fast in melee to build their
meccanic make bg life harder. This is also related to the fact bg use the hate pool for some tactic for self buff
purpose and this ruin really the BG experience since the hate speed drop is very unforgivable with you.
Since your meccanic is harder to build generally speaking and "may" require more time and also involve your
durability and quality of tools (and not just unlocking them) and overall more subject to the scale of battle ( yes
if you end inside enemy zerg you will have in 1 sec 100 hate...and you will also be dead because you had no time to
self def buff yourself)

proposal
Differentiate between in combat and out of combat drop speed:

-change the drop speed (in combat) from instead 100 hate in 8-9sec currently implemented into drop 5 hate every 1 sec(so 20 vs 9)
-make the drop speed ( out of combat) how it's at the moment: 100 hate in 8-9 sec
This should help in all those situation where you may suffer from disengage issues.

Aim
soft the burder that transition time have on bg meccanic which compared to other tank/classes is lackluster + enforce the
type of meccanic which is based on start on a weaker state at the begginning to have more advantage later on during
the fight which also mean loose those benefith slower.

discalimer
-This is not a buff to bg hate gain the BG will gain hate the same way it does now, what will change is the hate
drop speed so that if bg is still considerate in fight it wont drop his meccanic so fast.
This to improve BG response times in kite/chase /disengage/ rdps trade stalement situation

-I know bg have skill to increase fast hate gain but:

1-in the situations described if you use NSP it wont help you as you are not hit in the first place
deliberately by the enemy or because they have no intention to hit you or expose yourself is dangerous so you either
do not push at all or push and a mid way where you take dmg for free and not push (and anyway would be a malus vs
other tanks which do not need it. (tough NSP have 30 sec cd and expose yourself just for mantain hate om situation where you should not be in range is foolish).

2-in the situations described above linking this with enraged beating you are not in melee hence the hate drop cannot
be avoided unless expose yourself to being hit from afar to mantain hate high. (throw axe is possible, altough rather ugly range does not always allow it),

3-in the two case above this change WONT allow bg to keep hate high and never expose yourself, it will be just
mercifull in the tempistic and the decadence speed so that you can better work on it.

4-dark protector yes help but only in those situations of rdps trade-hit while in all other cases it dont (of course work in melee), but i clarify again im not talk about those situation where you hit/being hit (in combat melee ) but more in those
transition situation which are anyway part of the war gameplay. (rdps trade hit stalement where you dont want to expose /partially disengaged or not interested in a engage/total disengage and chase from not in range distance).

5-NSP and EB are not core and core meccanic management problem should fixed in core way, the
exemple is another time from SM/BO: both have 1 skill which is self buff and work both in 2h/s+b, like NSP/EB do they
build meccanic (build 1/2 meccanic and require no hit/being hit from enemy). Now try to remove the stance swap skill from both and play only with those 2 other skills helping you out, the result is pretty bad and what basically forced in live
to introfuces the stance swap. So i ultimately think that BG never underdo that fix process and that could be simple
be achived by post hate by allow the dropo be more mercifull in the flow of battle.

For exemple BO/SM for reach any max meccanic skil they require 2 skill + they also have stance swap + 1 skill each on
which allow them to self buff and jump directly into improved stance.
I use this exemple because these 2 tanks recived the same tratement for their meccanic which im propoising now for bg tough in a different way.
Their meccanic underdo a process to make it efficent and not too much rigid. Since the BG is also MUCH MUCH more
dependand from his meccanic than ANY other classes in game for his work it should also have a increased drop time for
it. There a lot of difference with these 2 skill which are a lot better compared to NSP and enraged beating (no need
to hit, build istantly half meccanic, no conditionals to build meccanic).

I think BG never underdo that process due being relased in a time where there was basically no dev working on class
balance ( on single class specific leve)l. KOBS/BG where relased togheter by a different team, and bg hate management is higly
different from IB

6- regarding IB i'm not very confident in my knowledge to propose this change too for him, aka idk if is necessary or
not since the base of the meccanic use are tottally different: BG is consume + min level requirement / different
stage of skill efficency based on hate vs IB is consume only. So i think if this proposal go into discussion either
dev should then take the decision about it or anyway other IB player should discuss about it and if they see this or
not as an issuie on IB too. It is my convincion that it should be a different topic/subtopic of the BG one since
there are relevant difference at place (but same thread).

7- the change proposed aim to increase the drop time not the time bg can stay with out drop hate and out of combat it will still have the same drop speed as now; it will also anyway start drop as the currently implemantationboth in combat and out of combat after he stopped gain hate. This is aimed to give more time to the player to counter the hate drop and not to nat make it happen.

Declining. There is nothing wrong with the mechanic drop speed.
