WH/WE Wb Role

Issue:

Both WE/WH lack a role within a wb, majority of both aoe abilities are aimed at damage, bar On your knees, but other classes can provide more damage and have more armour.

Proposal:

Give the WE/WH an aoe debuffer/dot role, that synergises with the other classes.

Solution:

Dragon gun/On your knees - now debuffs up to x players (x = whatever the current aoe mechanic allows, 9 currently?). I have two proposals for the debuff:

1. -initiative based on amount of current mechanic for 10 seconds:

1 Mechanic = 20
2 Mechanic = 40
3 Mechanic = 60
4 Mechanic = 80
5 Mechanic = 100

Stacks with existing init debuffs (WH does have existing ini bullets, so this needs to be considered, if the trade off WE have with their own kisses is sufficient).

Or

2. Debuff that prevents a player from being resurrected and lasts x amount of time:

1. Mechanic = 5 seconds
2. Mechanic = 10
3. Mechanic = 15
4. Mechanic = 20
5. Mechanic = 25

Additionally:

Dragon gun will also disorient targets, increasing skill cast time by 50% (OYK already has a kd component, should be expanded to multi target)

To aid their suvivability within wb fights, their full array of self buff skills and items should be available to use whilst stealthed:

- pots (all kinds)
- any renown skill (cleansing winds, resolute defence etc)
- any self buffing skill, such as feinted positioning, sigil of sigmar etc

Declining. WE/WH do have a role in RvR. Not everything is about warbands/AoE/bombing.
