All M4 Options for free

Currently there is little to no diversity in the usage of M4. M4's are used 75% of the time strictly by warband+ groups to burst damage through a funnel, and 25% of every single M4 is an immaculate defense.

The problem being that M4's require sacrificing more viable builds solely to support being able to use this 1 ability after accumulating enough morale to use it.

My proposal is to allow every class access to every M4 without having to spec into it at all. You still can only have 1 slotted at any time, and only a few M4's would need to be tweaked in order to not be overpowered, namely Witch Hunter's Excommunicate.

Edit: obviously some m4s would need adjustment (solar flare, burning head), namely morale drains tied to abilities so one morale cannot hard counter another players Morales simply because they pressed it first.
