[SH] shoot thru ya/Lileath's arrow

Main issue;
Shoot thru ya (from path of quick shotin') with an 65ft range, 2 sec cast time. Biggest problem with this ability is, when using it at short range (to actually put a little AoE pressure on you're enemies), you will either be the new frontline (lying dead on the ground) or you will be facing away from you're enemy shooting it in some random direction.

Proposal on how to fix this, would be.
Either,
Let it be effected by you're 50% rangebuff from "shootin' wif da wind", to keep that ekstra range.
Or,
keep it at 65ft range and maybe change the cast timer to 1 sec.
