[SW] Lileath's Arrow

issue :
LA( cast time + 5s CD ) have no room for aoe rotation. very little usage.

explain :
when you got WW it's always barrage over LA.
when you didn't have WW it's always instant spam over LA.
even with VoN+WW+M2+expert skirmisher, LA compete with spiral arrow+aoe tactic.
only meaningful usage is all the buffs and when you didn't use split arrow tactic.

comparison :
every dps class have non-target spammable AoE as basic skill.
except stealthers and bw/sorc( they need mastery )

role of 'non-target spam aoe' is filler.
between actual burst rotation,
when you missed setup, waiting cd etc.
also leeching and fun. but that's not in serious situation.

before the patch, LA might have been main source of aoe.
after patch, there are better options.

removing 5s CD restriction won't revive LA spam.
well, some will try but I'm sure result is worse than mixed rotations.

suggestion :
SW need blind aoe filler like other aoe dps.
remove CD plz.
If dmg is too high, reduce stat value or increase AP cost.
