Issue
- using mechanic means you are spending GCD for secondary tree, half of the times.
in dire situation, as healer you don't have luxury of time( GCD ) for secondary mastery.
sticking to primary is almost mandatory.
- to get the mechanic bonus on primary tree, you have to use (unwanted) secondary tree skill.
it seems only lifetap and dps spec have benefit of mechanic.
- old mechanic were easier to use but less effective.
build-up and spend all. you don't have to plan or track number of stacks. just use it when u find opportunity.
but bonus is almost on secondary mastery.
build up 5 secondary skills for 1 primary bonus? not worth it. 1~2 stack bonus? not worth it.
- new mechanic were improved.
u can get fixed bonus on primary skills easily. just need 1 off spec GCD.
but little bit complex to use. when u have 4~5 stacks, it means u have to use 4~5 skills to get other side of mechanic.
best usage might be back and forth 1 stack. which is not possible in dire situation.
healing rotations mostly contain only healing mastery skills.
Suggestion
mix old and new. taking positive effect from both.
until 5 stacks it's same new mechanic, fixed bonus.
after 5 stacks it becomes old mechanic, spend all at once for special bonus.
Special Bonus - here's 2 options. both ignore tranquility or force limit.
- instant casting, 0 ap, no cd. on every skill.
it's concept of spell echoing, double spell.
5 stacks then instant grp heal. 5 stacks then instant nuke. 5 stacks then instant rez.
also possible double cleans, double shield, double rez etc.
if 5 stacks too easy, increase max stack to 8~10.
- Proc depend on mastery of skill.
Isha - additional heal
Vaul - big shield on defensive target
Asur - additional damage
