Add Currency Conversion of Officer Emblems Into Conqueror Emblems

Having the option to be able to convert Officer Emblems into Conquerer Emblems at the usual ratio (5:1) would further expand on the options of players coming into T4 from Mid-Tier.

This would alleviate keeping up in gear more easily for 2 handed tank players (as an example) to be able to use the currency they earned in mid-tier for Dominator & Tyranny Weapons.

Plus by the time players would have enough Emblems to buy the full Dominator set & their Tyranny weapon(s) they would more than likely already be able to equip Invader or gear of similiar level.

I exclude the idea being able to convert Officer Medallions into Conqueror Medallions on the other as you simply can get ORVR gear from Keep Bags, whereas with SC gear you cannot - Which is why this should only apply to the SC currency.
