[Choppa] hurting time

Currently, Hurting Time description reports "...you will deal additional X damages whenever you strike a target with a melee attack, but..."
However, the skill does not work on auto attack but only on abilities, the current description is misleading (note that Tantrum works the same way but its description is correct).
I would suggest to either change the wording in "...you will deal additional X damages whenever you strike a target with an ability, but..." which would make in line with how the skill works (the wording would be similar to Tantrum).
As an alternative you could change the skill, making it activate on auto attacks too (if it is intended to work that way).
