premade vs pug (destro vs order )

If we dont soon start making so that puges dont meet premades there will be no more ques for destro i see 80 % off my team just afk or leave after getting farmed 1 time i cant be fun for destro and it cant be fun for order why not make so that if you que as a full group you meet a full group or dont get any que ???
