[Marauder] Skill Avaliability Proposal

Issue
The impossibility to use certain skills, such as Armor debuff, Heal debuff, and spammables, crucial to the perfomance of the class, outside certain Mutations, in conjunction with the 5s cooldown on stance change, while having no benefit or increase in effectiveness compared to other DPS to make up for it, makes the Marauder Class overly clumsy and unrewarding.

This disadvantage is not offset by any increase in damage or performance on said skills, as all of them share the same values with White Lion counterparts, while having strict stance requirements that Shadow Warrior, who is similar in stance nature, do not suffer, as both SW and WL are able to Healdebuff, Armordebuff and use diverse spammable skills regardless of current stance, making for a much more fluid gameplay.

Proposed Change
Change the following Marauder skills to require an Active Mutation, instead of a specific one:
- Cutting Claw - Armor Debuff - Change GoS requirement to "Requires an Active Mutation"
- Tainted Claw - Heal Debuff - Change GoS requirement to "Requires an Active Mutation"
- Rend - Spammable melee with 9 seconds dot - Change GoS/GoB requirement to "Requires an Active Mutation"
- Impale - Spammable melee attack with armor ignoring properties - Change GoS requirement to "Requires an Active Mutation"
- Demolition - Spammable AoE melee attack - Change GoB requirement to "Requires an Active Mutation"

Change the following Marauder skills to have a Specific Mutation requirement:
- Thuderous Blow - Wounds debuff- Add GoS requirement.
- Wave of Mutation - Aoe Initiative and Weaponskills debuff - Add GoM Requirement.

Considerations
By perfoming the proposed removal of requirement for first skills, and adding the requirement for the latter, each of the three Marauder Mastery trees would have 2 key skills requiring point allocation and the specific Mutation to be active:
Savagery: Draining Swipe (Ap Drain) and Thuderous Blow (Wounds Debuff).
Brutality: Guillotine (High damage excecute on -50% health target) and Wave of Terror (Morale Drain)
Monstruosity: Wrecking Ball (AoE Channeling) and Wave of Mutation (AoE Initiative and Weaponskill debuff).

This ensures the feel and importance of choosing and managing the current active Mutation, while bringing Marauder to a similar level to the afformentioned DPS classes.

Alternative
One possible alternative work-around would be increasing the values and effectiveness of said skills, to justify the stance-dancing and contribute to making the overall class mechanic make sense, but this would be offensive towards small scale game balance, in my opinion.
