[CHOPPA / SLAYER] Better Rage and more spec options

Regarding the actual state of the game, both Choppa and Slayer should be adressed the following changes to open more diversity/choice when it comes to create new builds :


Rage
When in Red state :
- resist reduced down to 15% (instead of 50), doesn't affect armor anymore : gives us more chance to reach melee when facing ranged casters
- dodge chance reduced by 10%
- increase armor penetration by 15% (Invader set bonus will have to be removed/changed) and crit dmg by 15% : Slayers will benefit a part of the Choppas tactic
- increase auto attack speed by 15% : Choppas will benefit a part of the Slayers tactic
- increase movement speed by 10%
- guard : efficiency reduced by 50% in Yellow state and 100% in Red state : to counterbalance other positive effects
- rage now becomes a "ressource" and "rage exhaust" skills will use a given amount of it : by example "Keep On Choppin' " would cost 12rage + 25 Action Point, "No More Helpin' " would cost 20 rage + 15 Action Point


Tactics
Merge the STR and STR+WS in one tactic to offer Choppas and Slayers more choice and flexibilty regarding tactics choice. These two ones are bread & butter for both careers.
Brute Force and Don't Wanna Live Foreva for Choppas.
Brute Force and Wild Gambit for Slayers.
