Remove it's damage component and decrease the immunity timer to 15 seconds to match the shorter duration of the stagger and decrease the "free immunity" penalty if its instantly broken

Increase the duration of the stagger to 6 seconds by wielding a greatweapon and increase the immunity to 40 seconds, keep damage component on the ability so it can be broken if not coordinated
this will make cc more viable for RVR and make 2h knight/chosen something to identify and look out for, possibility for big plays
should be the same for quake
Edit: with this increase in powerlevel i think it should also be placed higher in the tree, a 13 point ability
