[ALL] New weapons procs.

Hello,

Weapons from city dungeon influence are pretty unique due to their proc. Sadly procs in general are, in most cases and for most classes, pretty bad and do not compensate that lack of crit chance, AP per second or reduced chance to be crit that other weapons grant.
But it could be more interesting and fun if :

1) the damage from the basic damage procs that all classes have matches the damage type of the classes :

CHAOS

Chosen : spirit
Magus : elem/spirit
Marauder : corpo
Zealot : corpo

DARK ELF

Black Guard : physic
Sorc: spirit/corpo
Witch-elf: corpo
Disciple of Khaine : spirit

GREENSKIN

Black ork : corpo
Squig Herder : elem/corpo
Choppa : phys
Shaman : elem

EMPIRE

Knights : elem
Bright Wizard : elem/corpo
Witch Hunter : spirit
Warrior Priest : spirit

HIGH ELF

Sword Master : spirit
Shadow Warrior : spirit/corpo
White Lion : spirit
Archmage : spirit

DWARF

Iron Breaker : phys
Engineer : elem/corpo
Slayer : phys
Runepriest : elem

2) the procs could occur more often (10% (or more (more please)), instead of 5%, with an ICD of 3s to keep it balanced).

At the same time, subju/doom/fortress weapons in my opinion need to be a bit more unique to their class, like BB/BE weapons, and have similar procs.
