This has been my main game for many many years. I have been told the suggestions i give have no reasoning and i am just blasting out demands. Ive put together a list of things that build upon the current system in the game.
They are ideas, things to give a better perspective into the process. I would like to play for years to come, they are things that i believe would help. I tried to be as clear and describe as much as possible, if you have questions ask.


Zone opens all bos green.
Bos have a 2minute capture time.

States of bos.
2 states. claimed, locked.
claimed bos remain held even if players are not present, held bos are able to be claimed by opposing realm(2min capture time)

example
bo is green. order claims bo(sits on bo 2min). order leaves, bo remains held by order.

if a claimed bo goes 5/10min without any attempts from opposing realm of re-capture it becomes locked(for team that held it).

example.
order claims bo. order leaves. no destro attempt to take bo in 5/10min. bo locks for order.

only locked bos regenerate supplies. bos stay locked 15/30min.
locked bos can be used as travel points between wc/keep/other locked bos.
after 15/30min bo becomes open for capture(green).
supplies must be run. cannot be used with travel points.
locked bos cannot be claimed.

examples.
order claims bo, destro attempts to reclaim. if order reclaims bo before destro claims, it becomes locked for order. order receives bonus xp/rr/inf for defending bo.

destro claims bo. Order claims bo from destro. Destro reclaims bo from order. Bo locks for destro. destro receives bonus xp/rr/inf for locking bo.

order claims bo. destro claims bo. order does not reattempt claim in 5/10min. bo becomes locked for destro.

(5/10min auto lock timer. 15/30min bo lock, are time examples).


AAO.
side giving AAO receives debuff
side receiving AAO recives buff
every 20% AA0 is 2% buff/debuff
MAX 400AAO is 40% buff/debuff
buff/debuff applies to dmg/heal

AAO buff/debuff%
20% 2%
40% 4%
60% 6%
80% 8%
100% 10%
200% 20%, 300% 30%, 400% 40%.

Reason: realm giving AAO needs to work together to make up 40% debuff, if 400AAO applies. Realm receiving 400AAO gets 40% buff to compensate overwhelming odds.


Health pools.
Upon entering RvR lake.
t1. +4/5k extra health.
t2/3. +10/12k extra health.
t4. +15/20k extra health.
current hp is added to gains from tiers.

example.
t4 character has 7k health.
hp buff, t4 +15/20k hp. result, character has 21/27k health.

Reason: very small room for error. No depth. Difficult to setup attacks/strategy, unless ideal character classes apply(tanks/healers/dps). little/no reaction times.


Siege
'bullets' no longer come from supplies.
Can only pour oil/fire siege a certain amount of times per minute.
Able to dps door.

Reason.
Most of the time siege weps become unusable due to no supply runners during a attack/def on keep. Idle time, nothing to do if no defenders and not on ram(just sit and watch).
Dps'ing door, something to do. Healers could heal from siege, tanks not on ram could guard.

Since there have been a bazillion changes to RvR in the past few weeks, I will be decliniing RvR proposals until the Doomsday event is over/I receive indications from the RvR team.
