[DOK/WP] armor buff rewamp

Issue of the skill:

A- armor pot make this uselss
B- way worst than other mastery buff since they have better group synergy.


issues of dok/wp in general:

Either as melee healer or frontline/medium line caster they suffer of durability problem "pre detaunt" (even when
detaunt was aoe (so basically a good lock down started with pre dot from range and folloed by a KD pre detaunt/guard
will result if no guard happen in 100% of the time dead due you being mroe exposed to frontline.
This basically putyed detaunt in a situation where enemy can basically overcome it and you can loose your in build
class reliable dmg reduction tool-
Atm also when im writing this porposal the dok/wp detaun is unaccessible to chalice/book set up.
The problem of dok/wp also lay in the need to use the detaunt in situation when there is no time for such action because it would had been preferable detaunt being alredy since you are disbale (in any way) or restrain for doing that.
The detaunt it also have a problem due breakig with essence lash so you basically need to essence lash and detaunt
later which generally speaking put you in very hard situation if you need to spam essence lash/smite.


proposal
change the armor buff to:

-dmg reduction buff (player only) of 15% which do not stack with detaunt/guard.
- ST heal range reduction of 45% (so from 150 feet to 82.5).
-WP/dok is not subject to be set back (it still is to cast time increase)



Why:
this is a very low invasive solution to any dok/wp gameplay/meccanic; it can serve basically as an AB ex leaving
unchanged everything on the class. And can be used to gain nice datas.
It also force the dok/wp to be a melee caster and trade a hit + snare/heal proc for it (or hit/heal proc with no ICD on WP). So it can be test with out actually buff" the class since it provide a trade off and promote a melee caster and go against proc meta a bit (so both melee and caster)
The aim is also fix the pre detaunt problem as more frontline healers as dok/wp need to face, so it have a basic general dmg reduction before detaunt so out of nowhere alpha strike started with KD will genersally speaking not leave it out of pure dmg reduction source such detaunt/guard (or when detaunt was break due essence lash); this way you have 15% staple which can became a 50% dmg reduction or generally speaking currently 15" vs all passivly and 50" vs one ppl at your choice.

Disclaimer:
15% dmg reduction wont make it immortal as it still lack a tank avoidance it can't really reach tank level and
anyway this is not stacking with guard anyway so anything this change may do wp/dok can alredy do it under guard (yes, set back is new but you also are forced to be into close range to where the fight is actually).

The change apply only to st heals for a reason: "group heals" require absence of los generally speaking and be able to
heal in keep situation also; dok/wp are alredy forced to be more frontline due to their aoe rec being melee while is
not the same for small skilla not st healing due the ranged channeling.
Again this is a player choice it wont nerf the actually wp/dok backline heal mode nor buff it since it's moving him more near the danger.

-The rewamp is designed as from 1 side fix both armor buff inutility
-from another one solve the problem of caster vs setback in frontline (as such you gave up another mastery buff so more durability for less dmg proc),
- The dmg reduction is balanced for the contr of being forced to be more closed to the ppl you heal and so to frontline or be even in melee range since you cannot move while healing if they start chase stuff you cannt follow as better as before.

This can also be used for melee healers (dual weild/2h) since it give a passive 15% dmg reduction actually softnening the
problem of guard dependancy (since the % is fix they also do not need to invest in heal mastery).

Of course they still have to give up 1 proc buff from one fo the other 2 mastery so this is all a great trade off.

Regarding future change implemenatiton , this also take into account the chance that dok/wp aoe detaunt may be back: in fact
this do not stack and is aimed to fix another problem of dok/wp which is in reality pre detaunt durability and the fact that
essence lash break the detaunt so you save the detaunt to when is worth (and you have alredy used essence lash maybe).
It also kept in mind the difference, as if aoe detaunt will be back it will provide a increase of 35% of dmg reduction when used.

It's also thinked as a way to maybe allow both backline or frontline healers to use both the other side of their
carrier, melee heals for backline and casted heals for melee (cuz removing the set back mean both are equally
efficent in melee now range now.


Skill range post change when buff is active:
group heals (including aoe hot): 100 feets
st heals (including st hot): 82 feets
out of group heal channeling: 30 feets

Declining. If armor pots make this skill useless (as well as several others from different classes), then armor pots should be looked at (they most probably will).
