Hi balance forum

This ability is pretty weak for a high end tactic

1. poor rng meaning you Can pop up too many times when you dont want to, exhausting your releasetimer in sc or just feeding too many kills in RvR.
2. low healthpool when it proccs + ress sickness barely gives you time to pop a pot or detaunt.

I suggest

1. give the ability a 50% chance of procc.
2. give it 1:30 min ICD.
3. Remove ress sickness.

Would be more appropriate for a high investment tactic and make it more worthwhile.
