[Squig Herder] Squig Armor and melee skills

Issue: Squig Armor sygerny with Path of Bouncin’ skills and other masteries. Having melee skills that can only be used OUT of Squig Armor and at melee distance makes no sense. SA makes it viable for a SH to go melee (Yes, Spike Squig helps a ton too). It also lacks of synergy with other masteries. Building a melee SH won’t give as much flexibility for hybrid builds, unlike SW that can go hybrid due to how their class mechanic works, so at the very least they should be able to use all skills on the Path of Bouncin'. Maybe in the future certain skills can have a melee versions while on SA to promote synergy and build uniqueness, but for now I feel a good step would be to allow SH to use any Path of Bouncin’ Skill while on SA.

Suggestion: Make all Path of Bouncin’ Skills usable while on SA (Maybe increase CD and/or AP a bit)

What it would give melee SH?: It will give 2 extra skills (single target interrupt and single target DOT) that they can use while on SA, giving them more choices to make while on melee combat for both PVP and PVE.

Unnecessary given that SA already provides you with a filler and melee DoT: these two abilities are just there to give you 'something' to do if out of SA form. Also, adding more abilities to SA is not advisable when you factor in how much they have to use already.

Declined.
