Just sayin man. Dont want people to afk? Dont give rewards for being afk on a BO. Give rewards for being afk on a BO, and then punish people for it? Odd decision, that.

Fair enough. Is pretty funny to see the killspam and know the afkers got hit at a BO. Pretty easy renown too when you find a good clump.

The problem is in the incentive to afk leech, you can afk in warcamp/keep all you want, but you get nothing for it. Pugs as of right now don't go to keep sieges at all, because its risky and dangerous, and it creates a sort of snowball effect, where more and more ppl pile in and join the afk fest in hope that it looks massive enough to spook away any roaming gankers.
This is absolutely new to this server, that resembles the wc-leech from the live servers, and a cancer that should be done away with. As for gankers, they get pretty much easy guarantied prey on every BO instead of actually having to hunt and we can't have that

The hour long group buffs now have a 45 second recast timer?

Intended, as it gives counterplay opportunities for tanks using sever/shatter.

Need to re-cast.

You have to recast. It's a good thing that the buffs have a CD on them, since Shatter, Sever, etc always removes the FIRST buff cast upon the target. W/o the CD you can effectively keep your group "immune" to any of those attack types. Edit: Ninja'd

For the record... Anyone who thinks those micro ticks are an incentive for anything is Trolling. 1 assisted DB will give you more than 5-10min on a BO... Yea, numbers keep popping up... But it's very similar to Solo healing. Your gains are literally Microscopic... It's far better than nothing(and imo is designed to make those defending a BO not feel like they are wasting time)

If they didn't AFK on the BO, they'd AFK at the WC. At least on the BO we can farm them.
