Is that going to stack with 300% extra, or whatever it is, you already get for killing quest NPCs? I'm guessing it does which seems pretty cooooo.

Quest npc kills and quest completions in your racial pairing give 300% xp. This doesn’t apply to public quests tho.

You get no "extra" xp, as all rewards are increased equally. You progress just faster.

Then play lvl16+ chars and use -xp scroll.

Yeah it's probably not a great time to play a t1 character you spent money on thinking out. However T1 will probably be populated and fun.

The best part of these events is what it does to 16-30.
