It will give substantial damage increase not only against heavily armored targets, but against all targets, as said post above. You can change it from physical to any other type of damage though, so it will affect armored targets more than light armored.
Same as previous thread - end goal is not stated, how team want to see WL? As I see it now DD class it is not meant to chase tanks, all it's kit including pounce looks focused on penetrating backlines and harasing healers and rdps (and with this buff WL would be able to do it better, cause of armor ignore, but still can't see any insentive to go for frontline engagement).

Nein.

Nein.

Disciplined Destruction PUG Warbands.
Warband leader and healer.
No coms.

4. Your feedback

As Rockalypse mentioned, I am the same opinion.
Sadly not many WL are in the Order Warbands.
(Maybe trashtalked?)
But when they are, they are good at punting and ganking unless the Pet bugs (apparently that is a big issue).
50% Armor penetration is to much, make it like 20% and lower the Action Point costs of certain abilities if AP regeneration is an issue as one of the experienced players mentioned. (Order Heal has for sure a tactic that gives chance to regenerate AP).
The switch to certain damage tipes from Physical can be a solution aswell. Not everyone uses the tank jewels and not everyone puts armor talismans in the slots.
AOE damage is not the only factor that wins battles and does not make a class more viable.
Timing, positioning, and killing key targets does.

Why a tactic with 50% armor ignore for 2 kills only? Marauder one is for all mutant required skills, thats about 3/4 of his abilitys^^^
Wouldnt be that bad since everything gets mirrored..

Destro pug wb on Mara.
White lion solo and small scale 6 man rvr and occasionally |WB [rarely on wb since no one rly like to take WL to wb when they can take slayer, bw or anything else...].

4. Your feedback
Like witchdoctor said, make it work for all tree skills like on mara. Can be a temp solution for WL trash dmg until you guys come out with something more complex.

RR 50 WL on RoR

I like what you propose, but as mentioned above; 50% armor debuff + 50% armor bypass on same tree is over kill imo as well.
Maybe move the armor debuff to a different tree the make HnS with bypass?

Have a 40 Marauder with low rr

These are some goofy comments for the most part. It seems like this change is meant to give WL 2 AoE abilities that are very similar to a Marauder. Yet most of the comments are from destruction players saying it would be too strong...

Unless you are saying a marauder is melting people with demo and wrecking ball, I dont get that. And from my experience, they dont really do that. They arent terrible, but they dont help you gank low armor targets.

These changes seem kind of lackluster, but not terrible. The suggestion, by commenters, to give WL piercing bite on more abilities does seem terrible though.
