Focused Offense tactic

Reasoning:
I play Black Orc as my main tank, who is currently 2h. I've had the feeling since i played a tank for the first time that the tactic Focused Offense isn't useful as a tactic, the negatives far outweigh the positives. With the guard change can come quite an opportunity to finally change this tactic.
Proposal:
Focused Offense
Your guard increases to 50% damage, but you take 120% damage from Guard damage taken(I.E if you took 100 damage, you now take 120 damage). While within 30 ft of your guard, you do 15% more damage
