There is no best setup in general just good setups for certain situations.
You'll need different gear for warbands than for SCs or pve.

Right now I'm running a mix of 4 Vanq, 2 Redeye, 3 Beastlord and 3 Genesis - works fine for me in SCs for stacked defenses. Will work less good in Warbands, though. Full Vanquisher + Genesis is the way to go there.

For wb full vanq is easy choice. Reduce casttime easy worth it. 1.9s instead of 2.5 is huge i warband play. Proc is up alot as well.

I agree you should swap stuff around depending on what you doing. That includes tactics and talis too.

For example, for organized wb play 5 vanq/2 sent/3 bl all wounds talis. You gain more crit.
Use moral pump tactic.

You dont need ap tactic for anything less than wb play.

This is good for warbands.with rr80 thats 31% healcrit and 0( or lower) to be crit. Good d/d and quick escape
What dragon in dragonwake? Where at? Zealot needs crit like whoah and I haven't seen anything higher than 2 crit on offhand. Is it a random drop from a named mob or a quest?

Enter the portal near Pelgorath(?) BO and you teleport to an old Beastlord boss "lair" with a dragon. The offhand has like 26-27 intel and willpower and 3% crit. The additional -9 aggro isn't worth mentioning.

Overall you lose plenty other valuable stats for 1% heal crit, not worth IMO.
Dying is no option.

I think for healbot spec better weapons that is in purple bag from rvr qq or for SC medallions (750 for eachother) or for seal in zanek room.

If you play in warbands go full vanq. Why BL btw? 3p is enough, that willpower from 4p will not make much difference on your healing.
In around 600 willpower and that is fine.

What gear/trinkets go along with full vanq?

If you are using 4-5 vanq, isn't it better to replace that with onslaught instead? The 4pc proc is stronger.
