Issue:
The original versions of these abilities had no cooldown. The live version has an 8 second cooldown.

Desire:
Can we have the cooldown removed from these abilities to have them back to their original design?

The real thing need to nerf its WE's Witchbrew, wich is too powerful. And WH need some mirror to TOB, for balanced between classes

The tears again.. omg, too many WE wooping your back ? The powerfull build out there is OYK, and you come here to complaint abour WB ? TOB also ?
They just cant mirror the class.. stop with the tears. should WEs ask for seekers blade? BAL ?????
just accept that WE have special skills so do the WHs, if you want TOB or WB roll a WE!!!!
