Tactics bug. "Good Wif Shield"

I recall this "tactics bar" bug back on live occasionally. Stat increases often do not work unless you switch Tactic bars back and forth a few times.

Never had any issues with Rugged and "Da biggest'" or whatever the wounds buff is for B'orc. Stat increases were always there.

Today I hit 30 and slotted the +10 block tactic. So I have 16 block base. With "good wif shield" that adds 10, so 16 + 10 = 26. Most of the time my block stat shows 16 unless i swap out a new tactics bar then switch back. Then it shows 26.

When I do .getstats my Block rating total say 21. Say what? 16 + 10 doesnt add up to 21.

What gives?

What gives?

Getstats only shows hard avoidance not avoidance from stats. Block rating at most gives like 2.5% (or something similar) actual block regardless what your paperdoll says. Go with getstats for your actual avoidances

its a tactics slot bug, swap often your tactic (suppose to be fix by now tought, maybe is linked to bolster should solve when you rank 40; meanwhile as said swap tactics in out every zone change/fly).
