I made a poll related to PvE because I want so see what people are doing in PvE. Are they doing if for Dungeons, PQs, CH22, or ToK Unlocks?

In that case it should be treated as actual end-game content, equivalent to RvR and give rewards comparable to vanq/oppressor

As it is now there's barely any reason to organize it, its too hard to get to be as a progression set, but too lowlvl to be an end-game set.

It's a good mixing set, and it has a few crucial bonuses that are nice for a couple of classes, but overall I agree.
