I live the changes. So it should be easier to get rewards on the loosing side.
I still hope for the old fort because there is still no chance for the outnummerd side. I wish for myself Patches wich help to have better fights and chances for lower side

So i went today on a fort def to get my last 1 inv medal
We got zerged like 160 to 60
After spending time and trying do something, MOST of us got nothing ,again :( .

I know that changes and tests have to be made. I respect that a lot. But as it is with the no-cap pop ,the current solutions just work for some :/ .
Maybe..
1) Players on loosing side get buffed with the % pop difference in some +% on stasts. That way you might get a more "balanced" fort experience with no winning or loosing side.
Or
2)The flags get like boss guards , lord get sub-boss minions that attack only those who are inside and respawn if they get out . Its a mix of pve and pvp , but it could be a solution to this run around in circles with no chance for even contribution on the loosing side vs zerg
or
3) Split the fort map like "baricaded zones" with choking points that could be more easily defended than the currnend open map that walls offer almost nothing . Defenders can choose on what zone to take from the keep (When they die and pop up),but invaders have to go all way around the walls to get to other side/zone

In any case , Keep up with the good work :)

You should probably also hotfix the possibility of players to enter the opposition’s city. Last night saw an unflagged WE running around in Altdorf, killing NPCs, like career trainers, merchants, bankers etc. And I assume the same is possible for Order players in IC.

The door was open, so i walked in. Is it my fault that the npc's got angry and attacked me? All I did was selfdefense...

But it was only the second attempt to kill the Emperor on this Server :sad: I think it's already fixed, without announcing it in the patchnotes.

Seems to be still buggy.
Played yesterday a the Reikland fort. Got kills, took flags. No medals, no reknown. Was all stages in fort. I was not alone with this.
Was for 20 min a nice fight. Sad thats destro gave up after first try.
