Edit: Thread is getting attention. Devs are aware of the server being down and it's likely a result of the issue returned when the server was brought up post-patch. As stated, the server will be coming back up once it's ready for a swarm of players.

You can believe it's normal if it take time, and they are not waiting with the server offline only for the suspense
