[Twitch Drops Reminder]

Hotfix #1
Spoiler:
[City Siege]

- Fixed issue which caused scoreboard and other City Siege data to be lost when the City State changed.

[Ranked Solo]

- Attempted fixing issues with players sometimes not being put back in queue when a SC pop is aborted. Also added error messages sent to the user in several places if things should go wrong.

[World]

- Fixed issue which caused to you be not be flagged as RvR (which in turn caused supplies to drop and bolster issues) in Nordland.

- Fixed issue which caused Rams to decay in Badmoon Hole caves in Black Crag.

- Fixed issues in Norsca where you wern't in the correct Chapter area, causing Public Quest trackers to not display.
[Weekend Warfront: Return to Nordenwatch]

The Norse continue to assault the rain-scoured coasts of Nordland. The Empire navy are doing a fair job of sinking their vessels before they can reach the shores, but enough get close enough to get their warriors onto the beaches. With control over Nordenwatch, the ruined fortress out in the bay, the defenders may be able to use its cannons to guard the sea.

The call to arms has gone out from Nordenwatch! This weekend, battle for control over the critical beachhead while enjoying a 50% bonus to your XP and renown gain! Defeat your enemies and hold the Lighthouse, Barracks and fortress for your side!

This weekend The Struggle of Nordenwatch will be the weekend warfront from 12:00 on Friday to 12:00 on Monday Altdorf time. You get +50% XP and Renown in the Nordenwatch scenario, and extra rewards from completing the event tasks.

Complete all tasks to earn the title "Hero of Nordenwatch" for order or "Scourge of Nordenwatch" for destruction.

[Abilities]

[Black Guard]

- Elite Training: Updated tooltip to match effect. This was changed to also give disrupt chance and affect your Dark Protector back in 2017 before we had client control.

[Disciple of Khaine]

- Blood Offering: This ability no longer gives an extra tick of Soul Essence when it is interrupted. Casting it on the move only gives one tick now.

- Fist of Khaine: Lowered Soul Essence cost to 15.

- Consume Essence: Increased cost from 30 SE to 35 SE.

- Devour Essence: This is now classed as a Blessing and can be severed.

[Runepriest]

- Rune of Burning: Lowered the AP cost from 20 AP/s -> 13 AP/s (this matches most of the other magic rDPS channel abilities)

[Witch Elf]

- Witchbrew: Adjusted stat contribution on 5 Frenzy version of the ability to be in line with the other versions (Was 1.5, now 0.01).

[Warrior Priest]

- Supplication: This ability no longer gives an extra tick of Righteous Fury when it is interrupted. Casting it on the move only gives one tick now.

- Sigmar's Radiance: Lowered it from building 40 Righteous Fury to 35 RF (Matches DoK version).

- Divine Strike: Increased Cost from 30 RF to 35 RF.

- Sigmar's Grace: Refreshing this buff at full health now counts as overhealing rather than actual healing.

[Zealot]

- Windblock: [17662] The heal debuff component of Windblock no longer stacks with other heal debuffs (The order equivalent "Looks Like a Challenge" didn't stack even before)

- Storm of Ravens: Lowered the AP cost from 20 AP/s -> 13 AP/s (this matches most of the other magic rDPS channel abilities)

[Ranked Solo]

- The bracket size is dynamically adjusted based on the average number of ongoing matches the last 20 minutes. So it starts with a fairly large bracket size, but once more and more matches are ongoing it will narrow it down a bit.

- The amount of guards in the ranked version of Phoenix Gate has been reduced significantly.

- The Talabec Dam map has replaced the Mourkain Temple map in the rotation. The mechanic is the same as other ranked scenarios with a single flag in the middle of the map, not the regular bomb run mechanic of Talabec Dam.

[Dungeons]

- The Gunbad side boss Brood Mother Szikalax will now correctly count as a Giant Spider when killed

- Fixed an issue that was allowing players to respawn where they died during the fight of an end of wing boss of Gunbad

[World]

- The tree and the bush in Praag that were defying gravity near the north keep, have been correctly replaced

- Some objects, that had been placed in the scenarios Gates of Ekrund and Black Fire Basin to prevent the terrain from one shotting you, have been removed as this issue has been fixed for a while

- The outer walls of the west keep of Thunder Mountain, Karak Karag, have been corrected

- Rewritten the Area system. The area of the zone you are in will now appear above the minimap.

- You will now be rested in Chapter Hubs and Warcamps (as well as Cities) so you will recieve increased rested XP when you log off. You will recieve the messages "You feel rested." and "You no longer feel rested.".

- Fixed issues which would cause you to be in areas which were actually under the ground. Such as Crypt of Weapons in Ostland or Badmoon Hole in Black Crag.

- Fixed issue which caused NPCs/Players to not "load in" until you moved after teleporting.

[Misc]

- Ignoring a player also ignores emotes from that player.

[Tickets]

[16363] This place has been better protected (without dozens of rocks)
[17659] There is no longer a glitch into these walls
[17622] The Captured Citizens who are meant to be imprisoned are now back inside their cages
[16579] Respawning during a fight against an end of wing boss of Gunbad no longer makes you reappear where you died
[11363] It is no longer possible to go through the wall here

I see the logic here, kind of. I just thought of it this way -

small amount of players (wide bracket) single instance popping (low amount of queuers).

Medium amount of players (narrowing bracket) 2 instances popping (medium amount of players)

High amount of players (narrowest bracket) 2 instances popping (medium amount of players as the lower ranked ones are removed from the queue)

- why not narrow the bracket for the highest rank players to be matched up with one another with low pops. Then as more queue widen the bracket to allow more people to compete. As a high amount of players queue the pops will become more frequent and the matching of groups in terms of rr/gear etc will be more spread out and averaged. As more queue, more can queue, resulting in more pops not less.

just my thoughts

It's been a very very very long time since I last tried, but if the tome unlock is fixed now, is it actually possible to get the lair of the bleakwing matriarch now?

last time I tried you had to take a very long and confusing route over the mountains which led into "dangerous territory", back on live I vaguely recall that you were supposed to be carried there by an npc griffin

Talking of this (looks like a challenge) M4 any thoughts of addressing its 24 player HD , even if it only hits Destro

Gunbad is often a shitshow b/c it's the first PvE that people have done in a while but wow...

Ty for patch but i have to say that judgement/fist of khaine should be back to 15 ap cost for2h and dualwield. . divine stikr/comsume essence should be like 25 rf / se and wp/dok 2h and dw need transfer essence back so we would have something to hit and heal with ap, for dualwield and 2h it would heal for 25 % dmg instead of 50 like normal/ with shied, maybe even dont allow 2h/dualwield wp/dok benefit from 25 % life taps tactic. Make fanatisicm core and espesially now smite /essence lash needs to give rf/se even if it dont hit anybody and from everyone hit give rf/se. Make Sigmar Shield regenerate 5rf when on target who hits you and also damaging the enemy same amount you heal from it.

Those are in my mind "necessary " Add 25 AA haste to fanaticism. Add 25%AA haste to guilty soul and heal back to guilty soul but it would drain 5 rf/se per tick and add 25% armour penetration on wrath/celerity skills on 4 stacks. On wp version give it also 10 % aa dmg and 10% aa haste on 4 stacks. on. Change 25% armour penetration on Sigmars wrath/Drowning in blood to 10% dmg 5 % crit 5 % critical dmg. Remove dok healdebuff and give guilty soul to doks. Change divine justice/bloodhirst to everytime wrath/celerity procs (only wp and dok) target gets 6 second dot with 25 % heal debuff.

It is good that shield spec is good and im quessing most of these changes are shield inspired but 2h wp and dw dok need to be separated and some skills work a bit different than shield so at some point this spec isnt gone.

Anyone have any details on the Witchbrew change? What does the scaling translate to?
