Character Selection Screen - Player Movable

Some years ago (and maybe, still to this day), staff members could move characters around in Character Selection Screen when a player was unlucky enough to have a big character blocking a smaller one behind it, making it silly difficult to select said smaller character at times.

Is it possible to add this feature to the Character Selection Screen, so that we can do it themselves?
