Guild rework

Why not rework the guild system in ror?

now the guild system does not look the best and is quite outdated. in fact, guilds, like alliances, are absolutely useless in the game. Why do people join a guild? to get a scroll of return to the capital? It's lol, that's why basically and now there are only living troll guilds or guilds of veterans who have been playing for a long time purely with their own separate team. why not think about reworking the system of guilds and alliances, so that they would be more useful and the motivation to join guilds and belong to individual clans in the game would be much greater?

Complex of proposals
1.1. why not make unlimited guild levels (not only40 as now)? After all, restrictions were lifted after level 80 renown for individual players, why not remove the restrictions on guild levels. Or make the levels for the guild dynamic, that is, the more active members, the faster the level grows and the more rewards (rewards are also better to recycle), and if the guild is dead, then the guild level decreases to 0 in the future. If the guild is not active for six months, then maybe worth disbanding altogether.
1.2. Introduce special rewards for members of a specific guild. For example: to credit guild points for participation in rvr / scenario / pve. At the end of the week, give rewards for all members of the guild: talismans, gold, potions, etc.
1.3. enter the alliance tab into the guild interface window, where all the players who are online at the moment of this alliance are displayed.
1.4. Enter guild-to-guild battle scenarios. (For example, the battle for Prague).
1.5. Introduce a tournament for guilds.

Guild tournaments, especially between the factions could be interesting (it'd be cool if it was more of an arena type thing rather than an SC). But aside from the main point of using guilds to coordinate and communicate between people who want to work together...? You need them for buying crafting stuff, buying mounts, getting guild coins etc.

Everything else you suggested I don't agree with, except guilds being deleted after being empty for awhile. But afaik if they hit 0 members they do.

At the moment, a lot of guilds are already dodging cities, so there is not point in doing a GvG tournaments.
if the guilds really wanted to compete, we would have more posts on Discord or on the forum for GvGs. Unfortunately, it is not the case.
But having a GvG SC (like .groupchallenge) can be a really good idea for the guilds that want to organize GvG.
