cannot wear gear anymore

Hi,
i have a rr65 shadow warrior and my invader and vanquishers i cannot wear it anymore.
It's been a while since i played that char, and i did not got the ward unlocks for it, although i bought all the RVR gear with it when currency was still with mediallions.
With my other chars i do not have the issue and i recieved the unlock automatically and could put my gear back on.
Can this be fixed? or what is the easiest way to get the wards?? do i need to buy decimators, devastators, annihalator,... again or can i just go pve to get the conqueror ward unlock?
i would apprieciate if anyone could help me here, if i need to farm all those gear again... bit of a bummer. It's weird that i only have it with one of my chars and not all of them??? is it a bug perhaps?
