Autoband working

Hello, i just want to know how autoband is working. I know the big basic. Because, we download that and i see no indication how this addon work. It is now user friendly.

If you download this addon, to know all the command that you can do is : /ab
If you wanna have a interface to set your thing you need to do this: /ab show

But i wanna write automatically a message for the person I kick because they are too low level or they do not fit in a 8-8-8 composition. I dont know how. It is automatic too?

It will automatically send a message based on the check box(es)

Oh! I just click on those box? Wow more easy than I thought. But what in the buttom of print? And some Wb send a message to the region and tell how many they need tank. DO you know how they do that?

That is done on this tab. On the first tab you can specify the design you want by clicking on the --- otherwise it will default 8/8/8

I do not click any of the bottom to kick player when they are too far but Autoban send a message automaticaly to player. I do not know how to stop that...

That first photo, if any of those 3 are checked it will send messages. I have mine on as the screenshots show, and no messages go out at all.

In the first tab (Templates), if I specify 1 tank and 1 healer in each group, if those spots are not filled, will it autokick or prevent other roles from joining? Is it just a more sophisticated 8-8-8?

In the Tools tab, if I check any checkbox, will they get kicked or just a message?

How do you stop autoband from sending recruitment messages to region every 5 minutes? Is it possible to make it longer? I had a full WB but we lacked healers, and AB kept on sending out messages that we needed 5 healer, but we were full. I believe I was using all default settings at that point.

I am very curious about this too. I recently got Autoband, all the settings are default. The only functionality I really want at this point is the auto-organise function. But I was recently in a small, closed warband with friends with me as the leader, and all of a sudden I started automatically advertising for more people!

I do not want autoband automatically advertising for people. If I want to advertise, I'll use the warband leader helper functionality.


If someone knows how to turn off this feature I'd love to know how!

In your case, I think you just need to close your WB. If your WB isn't open, I'm not sure. If I was in your situation, I would disable autoband, because you don't need it, you want a private group.

I don't really have an answer to any of my other questions. AB doesn't advertise when your WB is full, just when there are 1+ spots open. The template in the first tab just dictates how many of each role you are looking for (and allows you to arrange based on that formation), it doesn't enforce who does or does not join the WB, unlike the checkbox with "autoform 8-8-8", which does enforce and do kicks.

It actually does broadcast when it's full. I have been in many WBs that are 24/24 and it is broadcasting for "missing" classes
