Yea, tested on WP and DOK, all is good. Only shaman 1 hot seems to be bugged : Do Sumfin Usefull.

After couple of evenings trying out SnB WP, I've also come to an early conclusion that in similarly specced build as before patch, you now really lack in healing.
I rebuilt my WP to: RoR.builders - Warrior Priest
I try to keep Benediction+Pious Restoration constantly up, and try to do the normal SnB heal stuff in the middle. I'm not able to keep up with properly specced healer even in melee combat where I should shine, and my damage is complete fluff now, can't really be considered as assist damage anymore. I'm going to guess once I try Tome spec, my heals will go way up with ten times easier rotation and no requirement on being in melee range. With all this considered, I don't see any reason to spec to shield currently. EDIT: other than enjoying more difficult spec to play with.
2H WP went from okay damage+okay burst, to more utility DPS with best(?) armor debuff in game, plus okayish ST healing. It seems to have cost quite a lot of damage, with complete lost of burst. I haven't been able to really test 2H in RvR yet so take it with a grain of salt.
My feeling is that at least Sigmar's will and Sigmar's hammer with their RF cost 80 is way too steep. Also Sigmar's hammer not being an execute anymore, it really lacks damage, not even mentioning the 2sec cast 5ft melee attack of Divine impact. Neither abilities hit hard enough to reason their short comings.

Hammer of sigmar is indeed way too expensive, 60-65 RF would feel like a balanced number for the armount of damage is does. 80RF is not right.
But yeah damage feels overall nerfed, the old guilty soul+ sigmars wrath and divine haste made WP auto attacks really hurt, all the WP wrath really needed was a gap closer and maybe a K/D, otherwise it was in a decent spot already imho.
Divine Impact as been stated already, is unfortunately completely useless. If they want to stick to the 2S cast it has to do A LOT more damage, probably add the undefendable trait to it as well. Better yet, make it into a real 9 point skill actually worth speccing into , i still think SM Crashing wave is the ideal role model for this skill.
P.S. Another thing to note are the new tactics, since Divine Fury is mandatory those will never see the day, Sigmars blessing pretty much replaced Divine haste and that's about it.

I have to say I agree with everything you said.
I agree. Due to this cost the dps spec now feels really clunky to play. No smooth rotation. Although I cannot rule an adjustment period out entirely. But 80 rf is too steep for the output.
I totally agree. I think dps wp was already in a good spot and could have been in a better spot with just a few minor tweaks. Gap closer would have been great. And for rvr play i think a very soft hitting aoe ability you can use when wrath was on cooldown. So you don't have those long periods of no aoe output.
To clarify: I felt i could keep up with WL in short duration engagement. That lasted as long or just slighty longer then Wrath. In longer duration fights my output dropped a lot due to the 30sec cooldown. I feel that a soft hitting bridge aoe ability during the offtime would have made dps wp very viable.
I really dislike they kept divine fury. It boxes everything in. For rvr for example you need divine fury, the tactic which allows you to spam smite, guilty soul tactic because you need to dot to increase your damage and the crit tactic because you need to do crits to activate the dots.
Maybe there is a build with that new 80 ws / 80 ini tactic. But i do not see how that will outdamage more dotticks. Although i havent done the math yet on it.
Feels like a bunch of cool new tactics that you can hardly ever use if at all.

About WP and DoK, although all the negative feedback seems unfortunately well grounded, I nevertheless want to express my eternal gratitude to the devs for four things:
1. ranged attack reverted to AP cost and generates RF/SE
2. divine aid/restore essence castable on the move
3. For DoK specifically, the undefendable consume and transfer essence tactic
4. Covenants/auras are now arguably better, especially the old armor buff being superseded by the new one, since it didn't stack with armor pots anyway.
On the other hand, burst AP 5 sec cd heal abilty restricted to tome/chalice now makes me sad. Also, my hybrid melee/casted dream has become even more unreachable now with str/willpower high demands now making both stats mutually exclusive (and survivability talking a hit on the process).

After another day thinking through these shield changes, they make even less sense to me.
Why is Consume Essence stronger than Transfer Essence? This goes against all normal game balance (group heals are better / more consistent than out of party aoe).
If you are set on keeping lifetaps this way (something I still disagree with), it feels like Consume and Transfer could at least have their values inverted (though likely +10% on Transfer and -10% on Consume after that).
Khaine's Force is nice, but it doesn't feel like reason enough to pass up damage / lifetap in a blob if you already need more assistance keeping your party alive than previously.

- Was this to help warband play? If so, why remove Blood of My Blood? You now have *less* agency in keeps until the blob fight starts.
- The burst healing went down from the old 3 target Consume, but it is more consistent.
- In addition to the base heal and damage being higher on Consume, you can toss on a 2nd sword and heal for more in blobs due to offhand contribution on the lifetap portion.

Transfer Essence has weapon set limitations where Consume Essence does not.

So So bummed out and discouraged that they removed the AoE heal portion from Consume essence. SDOK now has zero out of party heals out side of hots. You have effectively ruined an entire niche role of DoK/WP that want to RvR and do Scenarios.

Consume Essence and Rend Soul and Devour Essence can still heal any ally (Single Target healing).
