I figured that my first ever forum post, should be my introduction to the community here on RoR. I’m an avid and long time MMO enjoyer that looks forward to returning to the WAR. I played quite a bit during the launch of WAR and still have my physical copy in a box somewhere. I played for awhile before moving on to different games that I wanted to try. When I felt like coming back to the game, I found that they had closed the doors and turned off the lights. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize that RoR was a thing or I would have been back a long fook’n time ago!
I have played most MMOs that’s been released and I’ve seemed to come back to my roots of playing the older MMOs that I enjoyed as a younger man. I’ve been playing UO: Outlands and LOTRO, so why not through in another older MMO such as RoR? The new titles just don’t seem to be able to hold my attention for long. They tend to be bug filled cash grabs that spiral into a dumpster fire. I look forward to playing with many of you and crack’n some of your heads on the battlefield!
I’m not quite as familiar with the Warhammer Lore, but plan to learn what I can. RP and character immersion has become quite important to me as I’ve gotten older. So, I shall leave you with this:
