Wut, trading spiked squig for stances? Sure if you want to gimp your dmg.
Sh should win 1vs1 versus sw, off gcd disarm etc...
On topic, squig pets surely don't need to be nerfed.
Changing stances is instant and costs nothing, summoning a squig costs 55 ap and 2 secs, its not hard to see which is easier to work with, pet does give some nasty damage tho when squig frenzy is not on cooldown but pets are unreliable, u also have von and sa to think about.
Like i said who ever gets the jump should win(same gear/level etc) 3 secs of damage from either is to much to come back from.

What great things do you get from changing stances (besides son minor buffs)? It's more that they're a requirement.
Spiked squig damage even without frenzy is far superior to that.
Yes it's who gets to cc the first, but even a half brained sh will always get the jump with activating disarm on his pet before the fight even starts.
Edit: If not for mounts, sh will also always have the decision when to start the fight, ranged charge ftw.
Not that I give a **** about 1vs1, but it seems a lot of ppl do.

The only downside of stances is that it restricts certain skills being available. Other than that, it is by far more superior to having a pet here on RoR. On live the pets were by far better and more responsive. Here... they are utter **** and the main reason I hate playing my SH.
Pet's have a 30s cooldown and 2s cast that can die on you while stances are instant cast, 5 second cooldown, and will remain until you switch. Pros and cons for both, with both really sucking in some situations.

Horned squig anyone? 105 foot range? HELLO? DEVS? Nerf?
On topic, Pet LoS is going to get fixed soon-ish, your other complains seem a bit like baseless QQ

It's the LoS that is an issue here. They keep shooting even if you're well behind the cover and give no **** about walls and what not.

It seems LoS is working for the attack command. I can't successfully get my squig to attack a target unless I personally have los. Even if I'm 20ft away on the other side of a tree. I wish I could get the "stay" command to work as well. I'd like to set my pet in a nice corner somewhere but it always either follows me or follows closely to it's target. I'm not sure what the ranged squig's attack range is supposed to be but my range pets always run up to about 20-30 ft of the target exposing them to plenty damage. The pets are a pain in the A$$ for all.

I have had my horned squig jump up onto the castle corner turret and kb a player off. That was hilarious. I generally don't exploit that though because I'm not sure if squigs are intended to climb walls.
