Honestly how often are you gonna have m4 up as a mpds?

Answer: pretty much never.

I wouldn't give up SOD which is HUGE for WH opening from stealth burst for it. It's going to make your few rounds of AA's and EW hit that much harder during that burst window.

Personally at 32/40 right now I spec my WH for the heal debuff and the crit damage tactic. It allows me to retain the ability to throw out 1.1k torments and 1.5k absoslutions all while being able to double heal debuff. EW definitely doesn't have the pop it should without fanatical cleansing and 700-800 torment crits feel pretty wimpy in comparison.

completely agree, that is my build right now but need to be 32/40 to run it.

35 lvl blue sword/pistol is the best choice right now? On what stat should i focus after strength cap?

*If you choose Path of Inq for solo play get ready to use combine of Fervor (stacking it 3 times), Torment (especially with FP), and Confess! (better from the rear), do not forget about Sever Blessing. And of course SOD - for sure. But be careful - not use SOD and FP at one time - first one is for Fervor, Confess! and SB, second one is for Torment spam only.

Let's be real. Chances of getting purple weapon is quite low. I believe it was possible to reach str soft cap before, isn't it achievable now with rank 35?

Really even on 32 it was not reachable. Only mixing sets and refusing from RR crit chance. Right now it is more over impossible (no new sets), and as you sad - chance to have 3 pcs of purple 35 lvl jewelry (with 32 str) is very low and has no meaning - this jewelry is not the best...
IMHO the best gear is:
1) devastator set (4 pcs),
2) hat - Empire T3 influence reward,
3) jewelry (one from T2 with taly slot, another from scaven dungeon from event, two remain depends on lucky - from vendor or from AH)
4) Sword - Brigads, or Blue 35lvl
5) pistol - from SC, or from epic quest, or blue 35 lvl, or (if you are incredible lucky) purple 35 lvl.
6) Back - blue 35 lvl with str and wounds.

Whats the correct choise between Corp resist and Spir resist? Cause blue jewels have high spir resist while purple ones have high corp resist. (Also the blue 35 cape has high corp resist while lvl 31- has high spir resist)

We have to mix it or focus on a single one?

Order stacks spirit, to counter sorcs, destro stacks Corp, to counter BWs. If you are running devestator your resists should be fine
