Its not work for me
I think this bug from "Trophy : Red skull ribbon" cuz every equiped red skull ribbon trophy character got this same bug

I can't find any item in the database with a name remotely similar to "Red Skull Ribbon." That being said, I normalized some data across all items that are classed as trophies. I doubt this would fix your issue, but it might.

It may have just been "skull" but I think that may be the problem. I'm having the same issue, had the red skull trophy equipped, and cannot find the same trophy at the vendor anymore. I also noticed it was the only item missing from my character at the time, but I was also missing several items from my bag/bank, so didn't think too much of it.

Thought I'd check my trophies as I have this bug on one of my toons as well (all inventory gone, hotbars all empty, always dead on login with no respawn). Sure enough, I am missing a trophy in a slot. I can't recall precisely which one I had there, it was either the Dagger of Corruption or the Golden Axe.
