To put it another way - pulling someone through a door to their guaranteed death is considered far worse abuse than jumping onto a wall with an ability that makes you jump and which already received a fix to its maximum jump height, so can be said to be working as intended. Pounce lights up for any target within 80ft, whereas it's completely obvious to anyone that pulling through a door is cheating.

They problem with pounce as I recall was its terrible Z axis tolerance. If the target was slightly higher or lower then you it would misfire allot.

At least they can't pounce onto keep walls any more.

If a WL pounce into a forbitten area just send me a screenshot i will do the rest. It would not be the first WL and not the last WL that got a problem because of doing this. At least more reports would help us to find people who do that even after they got a warning/punishment

You have a false impression. There is no plain guidline that says somebody use a broken ability = 1 day temp ban. If we do that and what we do depends on how the broken ability effects the pvp and how many people suffer under this.

Perhaps you should fix or disable. Having unclear guidelines on the use of broken abilities is detrimental and promotes unfair usage since it apparently comes down to which GM is online and affected when it happens.

I've had WLs pouncing through doors and onto 3rd floor of keeps.. to their death or not, it's broken.

Disabling is entirely out of the question. The only fix would be to reduce the z axis further but that risks the old misfiring bug and I'd rather not see pounce broken again.

That said the range does seem longer then in live

It's not always obvious what might be a bug, especially to those new to private servers or warhammer online. I mean jumping up on a keep's wall like superman from the outside is obviously a bug to me but apparently not really deemed to be as such, meanwhile pulling through doors has been deemed a bug and cheating by the staff, and players know this and spread the word whenever it comes up.

Apparently a fix was made so that they can't jump onto walls by the guards, but it's ok to do it if they target players instead? I'm asking because it was done to me 3 times today, this isn't even slightly over them, they are still able to jump walls. I'm looking for the line here of where it's cheating or not.

P.S does it really light up in 80ft range when it's a 65ft ranged skill?

will be funny to see if LoS bugs is not fixed before then to see WLs running through doors and up keep walls to pull people from inside keeps
