But, i said, i understand for T3 balance, because 19% block with only a shield blockrate (forgot a minute block of other stuff) vs 750 strenght max are really in disfavour of DPS.

But now, soft cap strenght are up to 1050, and a block at 6.7% for a shield with 332 give a opposite effect.


Blockrate isn't good if we compare "Return" with "Age", i just want know if this stat will change at the futur.
The live are really good in RvR mode because a balance was really good. If stat was changed, balanced was changed.

u just will know that these stat will changed ? last post was tanks are squishy like slayer whine unbalanced speech .

My comments may be fuzzy, but my english is really bad (i think you're realize that..).

Where are you getting this 18.9% block rate from? and the 6.7% where is it coming from?

6.7% bonus, when i put or take off my shield. At the moment.
18.9% it's calculate with the "live" formule, link here, in page 1.

This formule for calculate bonus block according by blockrate come to a old conversation and it's true on live serveur.



If we would same game, we need same stat
Tank are more resistant in RvR and moral become really useful, but hit in back, and block / parade / etc.. are useless.

it says 6.7% because the character sheet doesnt work. You DO have 18.9%
Edit: The live formula you have is for PvE.
