How do you plan to implement this, and what will happen to the accounts that have both order and destro toons on them?

I'm not sure I really care how they implement a fix to xrealming as long as it works. Why would anyone care except those that xrealm?
That said, I'm not against having characters on each side of WAR. However, I do believe that when you sign on first thing in the afternoon (or morning/night) you sign on to a side and stick with it. There should not be the opportunity to see that your side is losing and swap to the winning side within moments. It's just not good design for a RvR world.
So, put something in place, whatever it is! Stopping xrealming will make a change, good or bad, for the future of gameplay in RoR.
It can always be removed/adjusted...

I find it weird that more of these order premades don't collaborate and run together in atleast 2 groups because the majority of destro WB's I see have 1 group thats balanced and the others are just tossed together full of whatever class with maybe 1 healer.
Alas most of these order premades are basically just based around their ST Rotation BW's who kill someone every 10 seconds because most destro healers don't cleanse and their 2h DPS tanks just train whatever comes into their backlines with ease.
Honestly if order was more organized and team oriented like destro the T4 oRvR scene would be much different but it seems as if a lot of the order guilds/premades are just out for themselves.
Moast of the scenario preemades arn't really intreasteed in strategy or their impact on the long term goal of the campain, ORVR is about strategy. They basicly only cares about the kill/death ratio and their personal progression. It's the reason why they ignore objetives in SC and why they don't cooporates with pugs. This is usually the reason they don't team up with others in ORVR aswell. You often see these guys complaing about zergs and AoE spamming even when it's just 3-4 groups doin it. Their group setups, specs and numbers arnt optimal for these situations so it's easier for them to que up for scenarios. A "safe" enviorment were there is a limit of how many players they have to deal with that doesn't mess to much with their KD/Ratio.
Aye I get that, I just find it funny how these premades roll with their Meta build and just run over pugs all day and get 40+ kills and make 600renown a scen. Back in the AOR days the fun and glory was smashing a zerg, not running over 12 randoms who got placed together in a Khaines Embrace.
Maybe its just me but after playing DAOC as long as I did oRvR zerg stomping was the funnest, or randomly running into another roaming 6-8man, scens were fun to do as a change of pace, I just cant see what these premades are after in terms of "fun game play" when all they do is smash their 1-2 nerf button keys and their WASD and run over players who are severly undergeared/skilled >_<

I am also against xrealming, but I certainly do care about the particulars regarding such a fix. If it so happens that their fix involves deleting an account's characters on one side or the other, I'd like to know before-hand.

I dont think really that xrealming is the problem.
One faction is just more attractive. That was the case in AoR aswell. It can get worse after "fixing", if you like to call it that way, aswell. If they have to choose one side and they will move to the attractive one.

Mate...its been 35/65 in favour of destro since server went back up...Thats INCLUDING the premades on order side (playerbase in general). Now do you see these numbers are a problem? Be happy a few of thjose playing order are saving scenarios and get your doorbangers queueing up instead of well...banging doors...

Before we can even say which Realm is the strongest, We need to have an environment with a minimum amount of x realmers. The solution for this Problem may come with the power to control the client.

What are you talking about? I play in europe and the server had a hickup at some points, there was a restart aproxx. around 1900, then when I logged back there were around 40 people in the lakes and it was more or less balanced. But from 20.00-> it was never more than 40% order in the lakes. Then when destro took Reik, the numbers dropped to around 35%. I doubt all of those were in the lakes as there wasnt even a pug warband after that. Dont ignore it, find a solution

Order seems to go down tiers in order to find balanced fights.
