Just give WH/WE an alternative skin that turns them into a Skaven assassin and lets them attack order and destro.

They would need to reballance the whole game for a 3d faction. What the could do is a NPC faction that randomly take BO's and attack Keeps when one side is dominating. They should be hostile for everyone ofc. Just imagine if a BO randomly transformed into a Skaven tunnel and tagged the BO while 10 Champs and a Hero NPC spawned and killed the BO npcs Or how a Hero Necromancer teleports in infront of a Keep Door raises 10 Champion Zombie NPC's that attack the Keep Door.
