There is settlements outside Lustria for Lizardmen, pretty sure they had one in albion too.

Didn't remember that the Lizardmen had a presence in the South Lands as well. But I still think that any Lizardman expansion would be headed to Lustria rather than the South Lands. Though personally I'd be more interested in something set in Ind or Cathay. For example by moving East from Zandri to Lhamia and then across the Sea of Dread.
