I've got some high/dark/wood elves ... uh .. quite a lot of them actually but never played the game. Only started collecting to paint those pretty bastards.

All three are pretty fun on the table. I've got an unhealthy addiction to skirmishers, so Wood Elves are my personal favorites.
Also, that new treeman model looks... Amazing.
Funny story about the treeman, too: My friends & I at the local GW store realized, because in the new book, WE can take Lore of Shadow, you can technically give a Treeman 'Steed of Shadows'
Flying Treeman
God help us

High Magic
Lore of Shadow
Lore of Light
Lore of Metal
Lore of Beasts
Lore of Life
Lore of Death
Pretty damnably set - Some of the better magic-users. I played a 2k points Storm of Magic game against 3 elf players, 2 of whom were Asur.
So. Much. Variety.

LOL! No Aqshy! No need for it! xD
Who studies Death on Ulthuan? Never heard of it tbh...
This colour is custom picked to reflect my top 3 lores. Ghyran(well it is teal anyhow /shrug-let's call it green for now), Azyr(blue) and Ulgu(gray). A + G + U =

Just be glad you don't HAVE to take a Lore. I have to take Lore of Nekahara (Which is pretty cool and really useful, but still), so I have to take a second wizard aside from the mandatory one if I want anything else.
Can't go wrong with a spell called "Skullstorm"

I started playing 40k (Space Wolves, Emperor's Children CSM, Imperial Knights) about 4years ago but then as I started reading the Fantasy lore, I found I enjoyed that much more.
I've been playing the Fantasy tabletop for a month or two now...Warriors of Chaos, Nurgle themed. I am currently 4W-4L-2D...all my losses to Lizardmen!
I am destined to play Dwarfs, my playgroup agrees, and everything about how they work/units they have are what I want. I am trying to not buy anymore Dwarfs for awhile, I have a commitment to Chaos, but if we get that 2v2 Wood Elf vs Dwarf set, I'm in.
I'm also saving up for some Chaos Dwarfs down the road.

im playing with High Elves, gonna have a tournament in starting 2 weeks

i prefer the WAAAGH elfves, charging ahead and slicing up everyone style, with Dragon princes SIlver helms Reavers Swordmasters and Seaguards. Its hard to choose a lore for Archmage last week he destroyed 30+ skaven stormvermin with Fiery Convoc from high and same amoun in another game with Dweller Below, tho i prefer Shadow and Life magics High isnt as bad as i tought

I played back in the 90's. Dwarfs, always dwarfs and had a big engineer guild themed army. Lots of artillery and thunderers. I would normally take up a defensive position in a corner to reduce the change of being outflanked and placed my artillery up the front line. Like below:
Cannon|regiment|Cannon|Regiment|Cannon
Then thunderers to fill the gap with the advancing regiment. My game was to hold the enemy off as long as posisble, avoid being flanked and flank with a squadron of Gyrocopters. Oh and i had an suicide engineer who had such runes that he would blow up and take a away half a regiment when lucky
Good times
