Not sure about the Taunt; as for the Keep Lord abilities; check your combat log during a fight

Edit: Taunt DOES work on PvE Mobs as intended now(as far as I can tell, tested on 5 different lairs). I can pull agro off squishies properly again. Thanks!

One thing we ran into today is that some of use didn't seem to get the rr+inf tick at the successful keep defense (KV Drengi), while others claimed to get one (when the Doors went up). Maybe it just didn't show for me?

well this Buff to keep lords pretty much killed off NA night time orvr rip its too hard to take a defended keep with 1 wb

Yeah, keep lord flings us off inner keep at Drakebraker's, hand full of destro picks off the stragglers, rinse repeat...that punt is way to crazy. maybe half the distance is fine but we were getting launched like it was nothing.

Positioning and target priority. Realm co-ordination and thinking about fights in a different manor.

You should watch the video I posted...
You would realize that you are suppose to kill of the champs first, and then save the lord for last, which you have to fight inside the keep. If there are a ton of defenders, then time your m2/m3 morales to try and wipe them off.
