My game is not working - why cant I compose a pm? :/

this is what im getting, when im trying to compose a message:

"We are sorry, but you are not authorised to use this feature. You may have just registered here and may need to participate more to be able to use this feature."

So I guess i need to spam forums abit.

Oh okay..

Im off to Ireland in a few hours, but I'll look into getting the game working again when im back.

PS: I've stumbled into Bennett and Osscar on vent a few times. Maybe you would have a better chance at pursuading them to make a comeback as well.
