One: Quests are restricted by tier. Level 1-11 for T1, level 12-21 for T2, ect.
Second: Event will run for three weeks.
Three: Expect bugs. They will be amended as soon as possible, but it may require for some quests to be re-taken if bugs persist after the next hotfix. Especially the T4 repeat zombie quest; Savage Zombies are supposed to be Swarm Zombies for both sides.

the only problem all have is find savage zombi, we have horde and swarn but not savage.

love it! but no off hand reward for Engi ie Hammer/Spanner of the Dead! 
why so when other classes can get sword & shield etc..
