I also like the idea.
But as said, I have a set of items for t1 ready. But changing gear, changing renown, changing mastery is too much for every player who knows nothing of it.

So If there is an t3 Event day there need to be some kind of 'insta' Debolster.

Maybe if the debolster sees one of your items breaks the debolster rule, you are set to a specific lvl, stats and such.
Not sure how or if that could be implemented.

Also you need to lookup t4 for that time.

@warbands scaring players in t2,3.

Debolstering isn't really that complicated, and if announced in advance everyone would have a few days to gather their appropriate gear and spend the 5 gold to debolster. It'd be one day every so often in which everyone is on the same level RR and gear wise.

Solution: make t2/t3 debolstering FREE or cheap.

I think this is a good idea for tier 3. I'd even suggest making the debolster requirements for t3 a bit harsher so that characters who are actually ranked/geared appropriately for the tier have decent chances against those who might have created some twinky outfits. Hell, make all the r40s fight nekkid and reimplement nekkid titles!

I am not sure "come be our freenown" is a great incentive to get 40s to come visit your low level.

If the original poster determinate a day and a place to begins a "debolster day" or a "dominate day" we will not go on PVE side disturb low level poverlevrling, promise.
At the moment low level on T2 and on T3 are on PVE you know ? Or scenario if they pop.

Does anyone like the idea of tier-dedicated (debolster) guilds?

Is it viable? ideas? suggestions?

Obviously RvR (on a specific day at least) would have to be the focus to make it attractive.

What about making some T2-T3 maps avaliable for T4 toons, Badlands & Black Fire Pass would be awesome for T4 RvR.
