I usually grind some mobs from 12 to 16, and pray for the occasional scenario
though I see lot of bitching about making through the last painful lvls of T1. A small potion boost would give extra incentives to people, though I understand it might feel "ezmode" to some. But if the price is right and the grind hard enough, it may not be too ezmode in the end.

I dont think we will ever introduce lvl up scrolls/potions, but if this really turns out to be a problem there are still other things that can be done.

Like mentioned it's not something 'big', but new player really hit a wall, SC would not pop and to level 12-16 through Norldland would take forever. I myself gave up and fortunatelly someone levelled me from 12 to 16 on high lvl mobs.

Any news toward allowing de-bolstered players to get in on this action?

What about the concern of the RvR + Renown gear not being fully usable due to rank29/30 gear being outside the bracket?

Afaik RoRs bolster system is still different from WAR and does "over-bolster" people past the maximum rank, if the have a very low level.

Just exclude certain SCs that require larger groups of people, reduce to 6 man and rearrange tiers for SC.

T1: 1-9
T2: 10-19
T3: 20-29
T4: 30-40

Then you got more people in T2 with much fairer fights, abilitywise.
If you mash those tiers together to one super tier, you'll have aoe bombing groups against healers without group heal.
