Honestly there are some great players who are willing to flop to the other side when one side is outnumbered. Some people are out there looking for fights and are willing to stop a keep takes. Just remember not all cross-realming is bad.
Corss-realming has always been a "cancer" to the game, but only when it is abused to stack the numbers of one side.

Another freaking x-realm thread.
NA Summary
•As stated in another thread, NA likes to take empty zones and whine if you play for the side with AAO. Apparently, I'm the reason we are losing population at night (according to some dbag squig). So sorry...
•X-realming wasn't really an issue in NA until the last few weeks. Right now you definitely see people swapping to the winning side. This is mainly due to low population.
Please lock the 1000th x-realming thread.

When there is only 600 players in prime time, you kinda need X Realmers.

This can ofc change rapidly and the system can be introduced at that point. Also since its at the drawing board so to say with no real plan to implement currently I would not discuss what it entails
Properly incentivized cross-realming can be a great way to fix population balance issues both during peak times and low pop times. Please do not resort to restrictions, work with incentives instead (such as contribution system, win/lose rewards, "AAO"-like bonuses)
And yes:

Everything has already been said a million times.

And how is that xrealming? Especially if it happens consistenly on the same schedule
That sounds like basic population difference that can actually only be fixed WITH properly managed "xrealming".

It is all about incentives. Xrealming is not bad in its very sense.

When I play as dps not care who die from my arrows. Important are numbers. But when played as healer or tank this was annoyong when someone got my help and later killed me with no mercy.

The maths pf RNG and contribution suggest that xrealming can give blue green or white with equal chance as the majority of the players.
The above said do you guys have stats on xrealming and how much it happens nowdays ?

Xrealming for playing underdog side should be allowed. I don't see fun playing dominant side when its boring and there is no decent groups to fight.

This, made me laugh
The issue with x-realming isnt when 5 guys switch sides, the issue with x-realming is when you suddenly go from 0 to +200 AAO when bashing yourself silly against a keep or trying to lock a zone, a keep you have failed to take a couple of times or the cat and mouse game with the BO's is prolonged - then entire guild Wb's switch, out of boredom probably, I see that boredom is mentioned as a "valid" reason for x-realming.
Lately though I havent seen any large movements from one side to the other.
